Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver outstanding results, ensuring high standards are met, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and maintaining exacting standards for the team and store presentation
- Day-to-day management and planning of resources for the in-store team
- Leading by example and supporting the team to drive sales and deliver successful commercial results
- Creating a customer-centric culture and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers
- Working closely with the Cluster Manager to drive the commercial levers of the business
- Supporting in managing the resources, retention, and performance of the team, addressing under-performance quickly
Requirements:
- Charming, authentic, and uniquely you, with previous customer service experience from a retail or premium environment
- Demonstrable love of interior design/textiles, home trends, or previous experience in a design-led environment
- Some supervisory or team-leading experience
- Proven ability to deliver strong commercial results, including personal sales targets
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training others
- Reasonably tech-savvy with a working knowledge of standard Microsoft packages
