Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established leading firm in Hertfordshire. This role is easily commutable from Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, and Amersham. The job is a permanent position available on a hybrid basis after a successful probation. The benefits include 25 days leave, 1-2 days at Christmas and New Year, bank holidays, and free parking.

**Role Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will work within a highly successful team, taking responsibility for a mixed litigation caseload, including general civil litigation, contentious probate, insolvency, and employment.

**Person Specification**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be between NQ to 4 years qualified. You will have managed your own general litigation caseload, including a large number of different disciplines. You will also possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
