Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our team at The Eventus Recruitment Group. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of general civil litigation, contentious probate, insolvency, and employment matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation cases, including general civil litigation, contentious probate, insolvency, and employment matters.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on litigation matters.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to ensure expertise in litigation matters.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
