Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

At Hilton Worldwide, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability across our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy that maximizes revenue and profit performance across all segments and channels.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, hotel teams, and Hilton matrix support teams to ensure commercial benefits of the hotel.
  • Present commercial strategies to regional teams and key stakeholders, and ensure consistent conformity to Hilton brand standards and corporate identity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years hospitality/travel industry experience in a revenue generating or commercial services role.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience presenting sales plans, presentations, etc.
  • 3+ years working with departmental financial data to make strategic/tactical decisions.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales or commercial team.
  • 3+ years working in a multi-complex hotel/travel industry environment.
  • Experience in multiple disciplines with knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance.
