We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at White Lodge Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver a range of services, including physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring the unique needs of each person are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in disability support.
