Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineering project lead to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage engineering projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
* Supervise and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements:
* 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering or project management within the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards common goals.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
