Job Title: SAP Solution Architect - Supply Chain Expert

Job Summary:

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our ERP Solutions Practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP product-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and NTT DATA sales, business development, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into solutions that leverage the most appropriate SAP products.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated workshops with stakeholders at the Director level.
  • Deliver roadmap sessions to customers, ensuring they understand the journey to leveraging value from their SAP solution platform.
  • Identify technologies to employ and architect solution strategies that deliver required customer and prospect outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and participate in industry forums, conduct roadshows, seminars, and blog about SAP technology and solutions.
  • Act as the design authority on projects where your area of expertise is a significant element of the overall solution.
  • Be a primary problem solver, focusing on reviewing and defining architectures, working across multiple complex customer projects.
  • Adhere to the agreed NTT DATA strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments.
  • Share, use, and communicate expert knowledge to develop others and make business processes more effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven and demonstrable technical and solution expertise and experience across multiple relevant SAP software products, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with SCM products such as EWM or TM is highly desirable, as is familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex architecture projects.
  • Experience of strongly contributing to the delivery of a Target Operating Model for definition of future supply chain models aligned to customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind.
  • Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape.

Personal Profile:

  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 8 years' industry experience overall and a minimum of 6 years of professional experience working within an SAP consulting environment.
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of at least 8 full project lifecycles.
  • Minimum of 3 successful, full lifecycle projects as solution architect with a wide scope of software integration solutions.

  • You will be expected to follow relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • The jobholder is empowered with the necessary authority to make decisions appropriate to the execution of the responsibilities and tasks outlined.
