Assistant Centre Manager Job Description

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and care, minimizing complaints and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Sales and KPIs: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Centre Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre, including equipment and facilities.
  • Employee Management: Recruit, interview, and train employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Support and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employees to progress and develop within the company.
  • Centre Support: Provide support to other centres as needed, while maintaining a strong focus on your own centre's performance.
  • Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, compliance, and stock control.
