Key Responsibilities- Assist the Cycle Centre Manager in maintaining and driving the commercial management and control of associated costs.
- Support the Cycle Centre Manager in driving and delivering excellent guest service, achieving all financial targets, managing budgets, and delivering agreed performance targets.
- Facilitate and develop a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team.
- Provide coaching and coordinate any training requirements for your team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, including counterparts on other Villages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support, develop, and challenge a team.
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- CYTEC qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cycle maintenance.
- Previous experience of leading a team in a service/operational environment.
