About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cycle Centre Assistant Manager to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our Cycle Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cycle facilities and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cycle Centre Manager in maintaining and driving the commercial management and control of associated costs.
  • Support the Cycle Centre Manager in driving and delivering excellent guest service, achieving all financial targets, managing budgets, and delivering agreed performance targets.
  • Facilitate and develop a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team.
  • Provide coaching and coordinate any training requirements for your team.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, including counterparts on other Villages.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support, develop, and challenge a team.
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
Desirable Requirements
  • CYTEC qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cycle maintenance.
  • Previous experience of leading a team in a service/operational environment.
