About the Role

As a Supply Chain Manager at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67, you will play a crucial role in our global business. You will be responsible for keeping our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. This involves working closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Program teams and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define supply chain and operating models for various businesses
  • Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Support the planning and organisation of complex projects

A Day in the Life

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be involved in problem-solving and working with various teams to navigate challenges that impact our network. You will spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives.

About the Team

Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management
  • Experience defining program delivery requirements in supply chain and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in cross-functional project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Supply Chain
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel and SQL for data management and analysis
