Clinical Lead Position

TIC+ seeks an experienced Clinical Lead/Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to children, young people, and families, ensuring they receive accessible, equitable, and inclusive care.

About the Job

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing referrals, triage, and allocation process, as well as providing clinical supervision and line management. You will also contribute to research and evaluation activities, developing strong relationships with local stakeholders.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology, experience in clinical leadership, and excellent communication skills. A salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this challenging and rewarding role.
