Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity exists within the Front Door/Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, where you will work collaboratively with colleagues from health, education, and the police to deliver coordinated and effective support to families in need. As a key member of our team, you will assess and determine the best course of action for each family, always keeping the child's needs at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A recognized qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in a frontline social work role, preferably within a MASH team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A full driving license and willingness to drive, as some travel may be required.
  • DBS clearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • A competitive salary range of £37,938 - £45,718 per annum, depending on experience.
