About the Role

As a Front of House Assistant at the Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall, you will play a key part in ensuring our patrons are always placed at the heart of the organisation. You will be among the public faces of the organisation and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building, both during shows and during the day.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are able to demonstrate an attention to detail, be confident, approachable and able to remain calm during pressurised situations. You will have a natural flair for observational problem-solving, be self-motivating, and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Duties

Key duties include helping and assisting customers, visiting companies and staff throughout the shift; opening the building to the public on time, making sure it is locked and secured at the end of each day; receiving deliveries and moving stock; ensuring the building is presentable and clean for visitors; setting up function suites.

Full training and uniform will be provided.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who are able to work well as part of a team.
