Key Responsibilities: As a Care Home Support Worker at Haywood Lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include implementing care plans, administering medication, and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your job and ensuring that our residents receive the care they need to live a fulfilling life.

About This Role: This role requires you to work closely with our residents, their families, and other members of staff to provide exceptional care and support. You will be part of a dedicated and committed team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
