Care Home Support Worker

OSMASTON GRANGE CARE HOME is a leading provider of residential care services, and we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Care Home Support Worker to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, preparing meals, and promoting independence and dignity.

You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, which take into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which requires compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
