About the Role:

As a Store Director, you will be fundamental in achieving results and driving performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Performance: Lead sales and performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating an active customer-focused environment. Analyze reports and trends to create actions to improve store performance.
  • People Management: Lead, challenge, and inspire your team to deliver great results. Coach the team and nurture talent to ensure everyone is engaged and achieving their full potential.
  • Stock Management: Drive numbers through inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layouts. Act as a Brand ambassador for New Era.
  • Store Operations: Dedication and ownership of your store to drive store performance through service, teamwork, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Retail management experience
  • Management experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
