We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield and Derbyshire. As a Peripatetic Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide waking night support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable adults
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
