About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care across our regions. As a Regional Nurse, you will travel to various locations, delivering clinical standards and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
  • Travel to various locations within the region to provide clinical support
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and NMC standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You should have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks and a proven track record of producing care plans and risk assessments. Excellent communication skills and a can-do approach are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
