About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Psychiatric Care to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment and management of patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical decision making in multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Work in partnership with psychiatrists from partner providers to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Provide clinical supervision for trainees in gaining core psychiatric experience and achieving competencies in core general psychiatry.
  • Engage with service transformation programmes and attend Consultant meetings to drive service improvement.
