Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Early Years Educator to play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring effective communication.
  • Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas for development, and planning individual learning journeys.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their development and well-being.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication skills, both with children and parents, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
