About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Team Member to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of our centres and ensuring our lanes are in full operation.

You will work closely with our centre team to provide excellent customer service, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers. If you have a passion for DIY and general maintenance, and are looking for a fun and fast-paced environment to work in, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the centre team to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues to the centre management team
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
