Drive Digital Performance with Our Team

Hearts and Science is seeking a talented Performance Account Director to lead our UK digital performance programme for a prestigious automotive brand. As a senior stakeholder, you will work directly with clients and internal teams across the full digital ecosystem to drive revenue, digital innovation, and a comprehensive always-on digital performance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute 'quick win' digital improvements in digital, leading the regional end-to-end process and holding internal teams accountable for their input, actions, and optimisations.
  2. Drive recommendations through performance analysis and collaboration with channel teams, ensuring best-in-class campaign setup, execution, and optimisation across channels.
  3. Evaluate performance from a macro perspective to lead cross-channel budget optimisations and set the standard for regional performance reporting and evaluation case studies.
  4. Maintain and hold teams accountable for a daily cadence of performance dashboard analysis, evaluation, optimisation, and insight, analysing performance data daily and forming optimisation plans with relevant channel teams.
Requirements:
  • History of driving success in performance-focused campaigns in one or more digital channels.
  • Broad knowledge of digital channels across PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Programmatic.
  • Ability to translate strategy and planning outputs into a coherent digital approach, consolidating specialist input into one performance narrative.
  • Highly skilled at analysing data and surfacing actionable insights, with a relentless curiosity to look for opportunities to improve performance in reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Confident presenting to and communicating with digital-friendly clients, able to responsively address feedback and questions.
