At NatWest Group, we're seeking a talented Digital Performance Director to join our Marketing function. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on mobile-first communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM tooling and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance our comms capabilities
  • Develop and execute mobile campaigns, HTML email campaigns, transactional comms, SMS, and push notifications to engage our customers
  • Design and implement lifecycle comms to support customer engagement and retention metrics
  • Conduct regular testing to optimize creative and messaging across channels
  • Monitor activity and analyze performance to maximize our results against plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and delivery
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a positive approach to change
  • Good budget management experience and knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Iterable or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms
