Job Description:

We are seeking 6 full-time Employment Specialists to join our dynamic team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their skills and aspirations and provide tailored support with CV production and interview techniques.
  • Establish partnerships with local employers and community connections to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the mental health team to design and implement employment initiatives that break down barriers for service users.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to enhance your skills and access a wide range of opportunities within Derbyshire Healthcare.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary, approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave/year (increasing to 29 days after 5 years & 33 days after 10 years' service pro rata).
