About the Role

Shanly Homes, a privately-owned and award-winning regional housebuilder, is seeking a Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets for their high-end and bespoke residential developments in the Southern home counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the appointment of selling agents and solicitors for each development, working in partnership to achieve sales in line with budgets.
  • Ensure on-site Sales Consultants present the company and developments effectively.
  • Champion the use of the CRM system (Contact Builder) to manage sales reservations, ensuring efficient progression through to exchange and completion.
  • Take pride in the presentation of developments, actively seeking improvements and collaborating with the build team to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in new homes sales.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead remote teams working on developments.
  • Practical knowledge of the Consumer Code for Housebuilders and New Homes Quality Code.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
