Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integrated/Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing operation, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of best-in-class integrated media plans for our brands operating in the UK and EU.

About the Opportunity: In this role, you will manage media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of B2B and B2C campaigns across offline and online channels with a focus on digital media and performance marketing. You will be responsible for managing ad agencies, running paid media campaigns in-house, and driving brand awareness, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Resource: Act as a strategic resource for integrated communications planning and marketing activation across the organisation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to deliver cohesive paid media strategies and tactical plans tailored to business needs and objectives.
  • Media Planning: Manage media planning, execution, and performance optimization across channels inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Display, Programmatic, Video, Audio, OOH, and Direct Partnerships.
  • Campaign Goals: Establish campaign goals and objectives, channel roles and responsibilities with KPIs, and learning agendas with testing and measurement plans.
  • Analytics: Collaborate with Analytics and Insights team on tagging, tracking, reporting, and insights.
  • Partnerships: Partner with Marketing Automation, Brand Marketing, Social, and Digital Experience teams to provide an omnichannel and consistent experience to our guests.
  • Audience Strategy: Develop a cohesive audience strategy for campaigns, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data and martech tools (e.g., Salesforce/Marketing Cloud).
  • Client Management: Lead client and partner management, inclusive of internal and external key stakeholders, ad agencies, creative teams, email and media vendors, data platforms, and measurement solutions.
  • Project Management: Liaise with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials; manage email/media production schedules and day-to-day deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Manage end-to-end budget & billing process.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on trends, innovations, best practices, and industry standards, while maintaining knowledge base on our competitive set.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/media
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experienced in paid social, paid search, and programmatic media strategy and campaign management, analyzing campaign data and providing recommendations for optimisations
  • Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus
  • Excellent communicator and compelling storyteller with superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize findings into essential insights and communicate them effectively to senior management
  • A self-starter and efficient team player with sharp attention to detail and able to work across geographies to drive action and results
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and tight timelines

Salary: £45,000.00 per year
