About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader to join our team at Esh Group. As a key member of our General Civils Sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects while ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead day-to-day activities on schemes within the General Civils Sector, including inductions, TBT briefings, and RAMS development.
  • Develop and implement site construction phase plans, temporary works coordinations, and procedures.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering, with a HNC/HND/Degree in a relevant field.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of planning software, including NEC Cl31,32, and Cl 60s contract requirements.
  • CSCS card – minimum gold standard, 5-day SMSTS certification, and UK driving licence, clean or low on points.

**Salary**

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
