Job Title: Building Services QS Leader

LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a seasoned Building Services QS Leader to join our client's M&E division. In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of projects from start to finish. Your extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing projects related to building services, will be invaluable in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess a strong understanding of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract. Additionally, you must be degree qualified and a member of RICS or IOB (or moving towards professional membership). Our client is a reputable M&E Contractor/Building contractor based in the North East. They have a great opportunity for a Building Services QS Leader to join their team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Management of projects from start to finish.
• Overseeing the measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Agreement, preparation, and submission of valuation dates and interim valuations in accordance with those dates.
• Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions.
• Subcontract and Design Procurement.
• Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Submission of Cost Value Reconciliations.
• Preparation of cost-to-complete. Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
