Job Title: Business Development Manager

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the fire solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the fire solutions market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on the fire solutions market.
  • Strong understanding of the fire solutions industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the fire solutions market.
  • Existing network and relationships within the fire solutions industry.
