Senior Document and Data Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document and Data Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of documents and data across various projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on document management and configuration management practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless document and data management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain document templates and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to users on document management and CMDB tools.
- Monitor and control access to the CMDB to ensure security and integrity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance document and data management efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CADM team to ensure effective document and data management across multiple projects and teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control and data management in a technical or data management environment.
- Proven experience with file/data management tools and Product Data Management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with APQP and CMII.
- European languages advantageous.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
