Internal Sales Executive Job Description

Infopro Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join its Barbour ABI brand. As a key member of the internal sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our External Field Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume cold calls to prospective customers to sell the benefits of our construction intelligence database.
  • Establish relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by the manager.
  • Ensure data is accurately logged on the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with external teams to secure new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales environment, preferably in B2B.
  • Volume-based prospecting experience.
  • Excellent persuasive telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Target-driven and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Computer-savvy and able to accurately use IT systems.
