About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team to achieve high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Provide leadership on medicines management, ensuring that all medications are stored, handled, and dispensed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high-level standards of quality and safety within the pharmacy department.
  • Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Previous management experience within a pharmaceutical setting.
