Directorate Pharmacist for Trauma

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in the Palliative Medicine Department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients across Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire, including those in hospice settings. This will involve working closely with a team of consultants, associate specialists, and specialty doctors to deliver high-quality patient care.
The pharmacist will also play a key role in leading the development and implementation of palliative care services, including the creation of treatment plans and the management of medication regimens.
In addition to their clinical responsibilities, the pharmacist will be expected to contribute to the education and training of medical students and other healthcare professionals, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
