Commercial Finance Manager Opportunity

CV Library is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a market-leading, fast-growing international group of companies. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through valuable analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop business information and provide commercial analysis and insight into business performance.
  2. Partner with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive understanding, decision support, and business performance.
  3. Support and drive the Commercial team on tenders, promotions, competitive steal, and business planning.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve margin through pricing and product development.
  5. Evaluate new range and promotional plans, providing pre- and post-analysis, insight, and control.
  6. Manage customer margin for UK and Export customers, providing insight and challenge.
  7. Drive sales margin management, analysis, and action to improve.
  8. Provide timely and accurate facts with balanced and insightful information to the right people at the right time.

Requirements:

  1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  2. Strong commercial finance experience.
  3. Driven individual who can make an impact and grow with the business.
  4. Ability to engage a wider audience and be a personal trainer for the business and sales team.
  5. High level of IT literacy, with excellent Excel skills.
  6. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work on own initiative and within the team structure.
