Chase and Holland are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join their finance function. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through valuable analysis and strategic planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing business information and providing commercial analysis and insight into business performance
  • Partnering with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive understanding, decision support, and business performance
  • Supporting the Commercial team on tenders, promotions, and competitive steal and business planning
  • Identifying opportunities to improve margin through pricing and product development
  • Evaluating new range and promotional plans, providing pre and post analysis, insight, and control
  • Customer margin management for UK and Export customers, providing insight and challenge
  • Sales Margin management - analysis and driving action to improve
  • Providing timely and accurate facts with balanced and insightful information to the right people at the right time

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong commercial finance experience
  • Driven individual who can make an impact and grow with the business
  • Ability to engage a wider audience and be a personal trainer for the business/sales team
  • High level of IT literacy with excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within the team structure
