Role Overview

Dunbar Education is currently seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor to provide personalised support to SEMH/PRU students in West London. This is a long-term, full-time position requiring a committed individual who can make a positive impact on the lives of these young people.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work closely with our partnered schools, providing tailored support to students with challenging behaviour. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote positive behaviour change in students
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing regular feedback and progress updates to parents and carers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and behaviour management principles
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs or similar challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the diverse needs of our students
