Clinical Psychologist Specialist

The Specialist Perinatal Service is a multi-disciplinary team providing mental health care to women, birthing persons, and their families. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practitioner Psychologist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialized clinical psychology services to clients within the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service.
- Work autonomously, adhering to the British Psychological Society Code of Conduct and Health and Care Professions Council guidelines.
- Exercise delegated responsibility for the management and supervision of assistant psychologists and trainees within the team.
- Contribute to the development of local team policies and procedures to improve service quality.
- Advise service and professional management on psychological and organizational matters.
- Provide professional and clinical supervision for designated staff.
- Offer clinical placements and supervision for Doctoral-level trainee clinical/counselling psychologists.
- Deliver training to other professionals and utilize research skills for audit, policy, and service development.
