Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
