SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in Hook. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Maths and English and be confident in supporting students with Autism or SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with Autism or SEMH needs on a 1-2-1 basis
  • Work within a Year 1 or 4 class to provide additional support
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong background in Maths and English
  • Confidence in supporting students with challenging behaviour
  • Education to degree level (Level 3 and above accepted)
