SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism and SEMH needs in a mainstream primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism and SEMH needs
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Support students with their daily routines and activities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate or experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Ability to work with students with Autism and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
