About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our ENT Management Team as an Admin Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient/inpatient activity, including extensive knowledge of RTT pathways in a large complex service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the administration teams
- Close supervision and monitoring of the waiting list to ensure that under service development and improvement quality standards are met
- Budget management for administration team

Person Specification:
- Training and relevant experience to GCSE level or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of working within the NHS at junior management level
- Minimum of 3 years administration experience
- Direct line management of non-clinical staff
