Business Administration Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Manager to join our Occupational Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our officers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our health and wellbeing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of the Occupational Health Unit and service
- Ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is provided and maintained
- Lead a team of administrators to deliver a customer-focused service, meeting the needs of the department
- Proactively identify solutions and improvements to processes and ways of working within the administrative team
Requirements
- Experience of undertaking and leading administrative activities within a large organisation
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act (GDPR) and medical confidentiality provisions
- Ability to use initiative to solve complex problems, meeting the needs of the force objectives and strategies
