Crisis Team Manager

- Provide a high standard of clinical care, ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment, and comprehensive discharge planning using highly developed clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment tools.
- Work within the Section 136 suite, Triage Car, and Rapid Response service, ensuring the clinical caseload and clinical practice meet the highest standards of clinical care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and risk assessments, and coordinate and monitor those of the team.
- Develop clinical practice, having due regard to Department of Health and other guidelines, and demonstrate empowering leadership skills within the Crisis Team.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including induction, supervision, personal development review, health and safety, risk management, and audit.
As a qualified RMN, OT, or Social Worker, you will have relevant experience of working with adults with mental health needs and clear evidence of continuing professional development. We offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
