Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting active individuals with daily living tasks, social support, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, and personal care.
- Support individuals with medication and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a consistent and person-centered approach.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support worker role is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to follow detailed support plans and ensure a consistent approach.
- Enhanced Adult and Child DBS is required for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
