About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior in their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.
  • Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities in their daily routines, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a consistent and person-centered approach.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to follow detailed support plans and work in a team environment.
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
