We are excited to welcome Culinary Team Associates (known as Nandocas) to our vibrant team. As a Culinary Team Associate, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and create exceptional PERi-PERi dishes that will delight our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will ensure that our guests feel appreciated and part of our community by cooking, grilling, and preparing their meals to Nando's exceptional standards. It is your mission to ensure that every guest is impressed by their dining experience.

  • Prepare, cook, and serve outstanding meals that meet Nando's high standards, ensuring customers are excited, impressed, and eager for their next visit.
  • Establish, maintain, and close down a clean, safe, and fully functional workstation.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks to uphold Nando's cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.
