Job Title: Housing and Support Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Support Team under the direction of the Support Services Manager. You will play a crucial part in delivering and developing support services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and assistance.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our team in providing customer-focused services, including developing support plans, risk assessments, and move-on plans. The ideal candidate will promote and encourage independence for veterans, keeping their needs at the heart of service delivery.

The salary for this role is approximately £36,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in West London. This figure may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Managing and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Promoting and encouraging independence for veterans.
  3. Motivating and inspiring staff to deliver outstanding outcomes and supporting their continuous development and improvement.
