Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of services in your region, establishing relationships with community partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Keep the senior team informed of performance in your area and ensure standards are maintained consistently.
  • Guarantee the reliable delivery of healthy food to our members.
  • Ensure smooth running of the warehouse.
  • Effective management of resources.
  • Carry out effective team and volunteer recruitment, induction, training, and management.
  • Effective management of the regional facilities and fleet.
  • Manage the compliance requirements, including Food Safety and Health & Safety.
  • Effective and motivating performance management of staff.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality or food retail management experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in leading and developing lean successful teams.
  • Experience in improving business performance, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Entrepreneurship and ownership, with the ability to think creatively and make good operationally sound decisions.
  • Experience of successfully implementing change within an organisation.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully managing conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to react quickly and positively to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Political Awareness.
  • Full manual driving licence.
  • Ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
