About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
