Learning Support Assistant Position in Salisbury

As a Learning Support Assistant at Academics Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality education to pupils with special educational needs. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with a small group of pupils, providing one-to-one support and helping them achieve their academic goals.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, multi-sensory impairments, speech and communication challenges, and physical disabilities. Our team works collaboratively to create a supportive and inclusive environment that allows each pupil to reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in Psychology or Criminology, a C in GCSE Maths and English, and previous experience working with children. A strong passion for supporting vulnerable young people is essential.
